Job Description

Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

  • Full-time, continuous coverage position with 40 hours of scheduled work per week

  • Schedule varies between 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including 24-hour and 16-hour shifts per week

  • Call required: 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month

  • Patient population includes adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric (90%+ patients over age 12)

  • Perform supervision-based anesthesia (4:1 ratio) across various surgical specialties

  • Cases include: general surgery, orthopedics, spine, cranial, plastics, lungs, GI, structural hearts, and interventional radiology

  • Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases

  • Perform spinal blocks (no regional anesthesia/blocks, epidurals or central lines)

  • EPIC electronic medical record system

  • Minimum 1 year experience required (6 months minimum may be considered)

  • Board certification required

  • Idaho license, DEA, and CSR required (open to licensing)

    This 378-bed regional medical center offers comprehensive healthcare services across multiple specialties. The facility features 17 main operating rooms, 7 day surgery rooms, plus specialty areas including cath labs, endoscopy, and radiology departments. The medical center provides advanced surgical services and serves as a Level II Trauma center, delivering high-quality care to patients throughout the region with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
