Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
13-week contract position Full-time schedule with options of 4x10s or 3x12s (7a-5: 30p or 7a-7: 30p with 30-minute lunch) Must be available 4 weeks per month Medically directed by anesthesiologists (typically 2: 1 or 3: 1 ratio) Patient load varies from 1-9 patients daily Covers orthopedic, trauma, vascular, and neuro procedures (no cardiac) Required to work in non-operating room anesthesia (NORA) settings Will provide anesthesia for patients of all age groups (no neonatal) Skills required: intubation, central line, arterial line, and line placement Minimum 1 year of experience required (no new graduates) NBCRNA certification and Kentucky state license required (licensing assistance available) EPIC experience preferred

This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center that offers comprehensive medical services to patients throughout Kentucky and surrounding regions. The anesthesia department is well-staffed with CRNAs, anesthesia technicians, and anesthesiologists, providing a supportive team environment. The hospital uses EPIC electronic medical records system and provides services across multiple specialties including orthopedics, trauma, vascular, and neurosurgery.
