Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care, Physician Assistant - Urgent Care, Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine, Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine, Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care, Physician Assistant - Acute Care

Job Details:

  • Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up)

  • Handle high volume patient care (average 40 patients per day, up to 60)

  • Serve as the sole provider in the center

  • Utilize Epic electronic medical record system

  • Perform procedures including incision & drainage, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures

  • Work with support staff including Center Manager, Medical Assistant, and Patient Service Associate

  • Must have at least 12 months of experience in urgent care

  • Required certifications: Board Certification, PA Certification, Family NP Certification, BLS, NC DEA

  • Must complete EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift

  • Support may be needed within a 60-mile radius of home residence

  • No call requirements

With a focus on delivering quality care in a fast-paced environment, the facility maintains a professional atmosphere with dedicated support staff. Supervising physicians are available offsite for advanced practice providers.
