Critical Care Nurse Practitioner position Night shift schedule (7 PM - 7 AM) Block scheduling available or can work with provider availability Minimum commitment of 8 shifts per month (4 12-hour shifts per 2 weeks) Ideal commitment is 12 shifts per month (6 12-hour shifts per 2 weeks) Responsible for managing critically ill patients overnight in the MICU Performs procedures including arterial lines, central lines, dialysis catheters Handles codes and new admissions Must have recent ICU procedural experience Support available through Tele-ICU and in-house supervising physician Works as solo APP on staff each night Requires board certification as Nurse Practitioner with Acute Care certification Must maintain ACLS, BLS, and active DEA Active Pennsylvania license required Jefferson Hospital will be secondary location
