Job Details:
Work as the sole provider at an urgent care facility seeing approximately 20 patients per shift Treat both adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up) Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, and ear irrigation Must be proficient with EPIC electronic medical record system Requires good interpersonal skills for one-on-one interaction with support staff and patients Board certification required (NCCPA for PAs, appropriate certification for NPs) Minimum 12 months of urgent care experience required BLS certification required Clinical interview and EMR training/onboarding required prior to first solo shift Support staff includes Center Manager, Medical Assistant, and PSA Supervising Physician available offsite for APPs Multiple locations may need support within a 65-mile radius of provider's home residence
