Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (PA) - Nurse Practitioner - General Surgery, Physician Assistant - General Surgery

Job Details:

  • Provide surgical assistance primarily in General Surgery, with additional support in Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Urology, and ENT

  • Assist with 90-110 scheduled non-urgent surgical cases per week

  • Handle approximately 10-30 cases daily with 10 patient encounters per shift

  • Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with possible rotating weekends

  • Cases may occasionally run past 5:00 PM to 6:00 or 7:00 PM

  • Collaborate with surgical team including surgeon, scrub tech, circulating RN, and CRNA

  • Provide assistance in OR on surgical cases only

  • No outpatient clinic responsibilities

  • Must be board certified or board certification eligible

  • BLS certification required

  • Fellowship preferred

The facility maintains high surgical volume with modern equipment and experienced staff, operating as part of a larger healthcare network with additional hospital locations to support patient care needs.
