Opportunity:

Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - General Surgery, Nurse Practitioner - General Surgery

Job Details:

  • Full-time general surgery position with Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • No weekends or call requirements

  • Assist in operating room procedures as experienced first assist in general surgery

  • Conduct patient rounding and coordinate care

  • Prepare patient discharges

  • Handle approximately 7 patient encounters per shift

  • Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applicable after 40 hours

  • Must have experience as first assist in general surgery

  • Board certification required

  • Active medical license or IMLC required

  • DEA registration required

  • Clean professional files required for temporary privileges credentialing
