Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (NP) - Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology, Physician Assistant - Neonatology

Job Details:

  • Work 12 or 24-hour shifts in Level III NICU setting

  • Handle 10 patient encounters per shift with 16 beds in department

  • Care for neonates 23+ weeks gestation, with resuscitation decisions based on parental wishes for those under 24 weeks

  • Perform advanced procedures including intubation, chest tubes, umbilical lines, PICC lines, arterial sticks, and IV insertion assistance

  • Required to participate in flight transport (occurs 1-2 times per year)

  • No call coverage required as all shifts are in-house

  • Both temporary-to-permanent and as-needed coverage opportunities available

  • Level III NICU experience required

  • Must be board certification eligible with fellowship training

  • BLS certification required

  • Pennsylvania licensure preferred
