Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (PA) - Physician Assistant - Neurosurgery

Job Details:

  • Work with a well-established, high volume neurosurgery practice alongside 5 neurosurgeons and 4 advanced practice providers

  • Serve adult and pediatric patients in an inpatient setting

  • Responsibilities include inpatient rounding and first assist in the operating room

  • No outpatient responsibilities required

  • Full-time position working 40 hours per week

  • Call rotation among PAs with 1:4/5 weekend call responsibility and 1:4/5 night call responsibility

  • Must be able to work a minimum of two weeks per month

  • Active Florida license required

  • Current board certification required

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an advanced practice provider in Neurosurgery OR

  • ACLS and BLS certifications required

    This healthcare organization operates a 600+ bed facility that serves as both a Level II Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. The facility provides comprehensive neurosurgical services with a dedicated team of specialists and advanced practice providers, offering high-quality care for both adult and pediatric patients requiring neurosurgical interventions.
