Job Details:
Function independently to provide high quality patient care in a collaborative and patient-centric way
Provide care in various settings including hospital, clinic, telephone, video, or secure email when appropriate
Gather patient history, conduct physical exams, review prior records and ancillary data
Develop and monitor appropriate treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
Provide efficient and compassionate care utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach
Provide relevant education and counseling to patients and families
Collaborate with healthcare team members, leadership, and medical staff
Assist collaborating physicians with management of hospital patients
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and practice metrics
Document in accordance with regulatory and care site guidelines
May be required to float to other departments based on business need
May be required to be on-call during regularly scheduled shifts
Must be a graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant programFacility:
