Job Details:
Provide urgent care services for adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up) Work as the sole provider in the urgent care center Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation Average patient volume of 20 patients per day (up to 40 depending on site) Must be proficient with Epic electronic medical records system Requires strong interpersonal skills for one-on-one interaction with support staff and patients Support staff includes Center Manager, Medical Assistant, and Patient Service Associate Supervising Physician available offsite for APPs Board certification required (NCCPA for PAs, appropriate certification for NPs) Minimum of 12 months experience required (new graduates not considered) BLS certification required Must complete clinical interview, EMR training, and onboarding before first solo shift May need to support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius
