APP - Cardiology


Job Details:

  • Locums coverage position for maternity leave spanning November through January

  • Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Inpatient rounding and heart failure management

  • Heart Failure Certification required

  • Position open to Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners

  • Active Utah license and Utah DEA required

  • Practice EMR is EPIC
