Advanced Practice - Critical Care

Job Details:

• Critical Care APP coverage needed for specific dates and upcoming maternity leave coverage in 2027


• All shifts are PM shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour coverage)


• Coverage dates needed: September 14 - September 20, October 12 - October 18, October 27 - November 1


• Work clinically in ICU while MD is on call


• Patient volume of 12 patients


• Support staff includes MDs and APPs


• Must be able to perform special procedures including intubations, central line placements, and arterial line placements


• Must provide case logs from the past 24 months; special privileges such as intubation, arterial lines, thoracentesis, paracentesis, CVC, hemodialysis, chest tube require at least 10 cases in the past 24 months or director supervision for the first 10 procedures


• Must hold a Tennessee license and Tennessee DEA (or easily transferrable) at time of presentation


• Must be Board Certified


• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications
