Opportunity:

Physician Assistant - Hematology/Oncology


Job Details:

  • Inpatient Hematology/Oncology APP (PA or NP) position

  • Day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

  • Full-time schedule covering Monday through Friday

  • See 11-16 patients per day across all age groups

  • Strong hematology focus with experience in benign and malignant hematology required

  • Provide inpatient hematology services with APP support available during daytime hours

  • Knowledge around bone marrow practice helpful but specialized expertise not required at this time

  • APP support available on both hematology and oncology inpatient side during day shifts

  • EMR system: Epic experience required

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

  • Minnesota state license required

  • Board Certification as PA or APP required

  • DEA not required

    This facility is a large, well-established hospital with 686 total beds, offering a comprehensive range of inpatient medical services. The hematology and oncology department is supported by a dedicated team of APPs and physicians, with a growing bone marrow practice. The facility uses Epic EMR and provides a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong support staff available during daytime hours.
