Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
Full-time position requiring 40 hours of scheduled work per week
Varied shift schedule including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
Coverage includes 24-hour shift plus 16-hour shift per week
Call required: 1 weekend call shift and 2 weeknight call shifts per month
6-week scheduling provided in advance
Patient population includes adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric (90%+ patients over age 12)
Supervision-based anesthesia with maximum 4: 1 ratio
Procedures include: Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional radiology, MRI
Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases
Performs Spinal Blocks (occasional arterial lines, no epidurals or central lines)
No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds or OB cases
EMR system: EPIC
Minimum experience required: 1 year (may consider 6 months)
Board certification required
DEA and CSR required
Contract length preference: 6 months to 1 year
