Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

  • Full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Work in a small community hospital with 7 operating rooms and one endoscopy suite including an on-campus outpatient surgery center

  • Handle primarily orthopedic, spine, gynecological, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, and general OR cases

  • Provide coverage for out of OR cases including GI, cardiovascular/TEE, and MRI procedures

  • Manage patient volume of 30+ cases per day including out of OR cases

  • Work under medical directed ACT model with 4:1 ratio

  • Treat patient population aged 12+ years (95% adults, 5% pediatrics)

  • Perform required procedures including general anesthesia, spine procedures, ventilator management, evaluation/management of acute volume/blood pressure issues, and arterial line placements

  • Must maintain current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through AHA

  • Utilize Epic EMR system

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required

  • Must be out of training and practicing medicine for at least 2 years

  • Must be Board Certified with clean malpractice history

  • Must have active SC license and clean background check
