Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week
Floating between three facilities (no more than 30 miles apart)
Flexible shifts including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, primarily days with occasional nights
4:1 supervision ratio
One weekend per month may be required
One call shift per 8-week schedule (7p-7a or weekend call 8a-3p)
Must have OB and Thoracic experience (Pediatric experience preferred)
Level 2 Trauma experience required
Responsible for performing epidurals and spinals
Cases include cardiac, lung, healthy pediatric dental/ENT, OB, orthopedic, GI, ENT
No transplant cases
Must be proficient with spinals and epidural placement and management
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Schedule determined 8 weeks in advance
Must have or be in process of obtaining Virginia license
Must obtain AHA certifications
One holiday shift may be required

This healthcare organization consists of a comprehensive network of facilities including a main hospital, satellite hospital and ambulatory surgery center. The facility has a Level 2 trauma designation with specialty services in obstetrics, thoracic, electrophysiology, and vascular procedures. The main operating room is complemented by a 4-OR satellite hospital and a 6-OR ambulatory surgery center, providing a diverse clinical environment for anesthesia providers.
