Physician - Anesthesiology
Job Details:
Practice under medical direction model with 1:3 anesthesiologist to CRNA ratio
Must be willing to perform solo cases when requested
Float between three locations: Mary Washington Hospital, Stafford Hospital, and MW Ambulatory Center
Full-time position requiring 50 hours per week
Monday through Friday schedule with weekend availability preferred
Perform various procedures including open hearts, organ harvest, healthy pediatrics, orthopedics, thoracic, OB, endoscopy, and trauma cases
Must be able to perform regional blocks (supraclavicular, popliteal, etc.)
Work in multiple settings including 16 ORs, 2 OBs, 8 Endos, Cath Holding, IR, and ED at main hospital
Provide 24-hour coverage with 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a)
Handle outpatient cases at ambulatory surgery center with fast turnover
Must obtain AHA certifications and Virginia state license required at time of submittal
