Job Description

Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia

Job Details:

  • Provide independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures

  • Work day shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

  • Remote supervision provided by anesthesiologist

  • No on-call requirements

  • Cover vacation needs as scheduled

  • Handle approximately 15 cases per day

  • Work in 2 operating rooms with 1 endoscopy room

  • Treat patients from pediatric to geriatric age demographics

  • Perform general surgical cases for both adult and pediatric patients

  • Administer minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, and plexus anesthesia

  • Conduct spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and regional anesthesia

  • Manage ventilation and local infiltration procedures

  • Work with registered nurses and techs who staff rooms per procedure

  • Use EPIC documentation system

  • Must be board certified in AANA with active Michigan state medical license

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
