Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia

Job Details:

  • Provide independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures

  • Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Remote supervision from an anesthesiologist

  • No on-call requirements

  • Cover vacation needs as scheduled

  • Practice setting includes Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy (Endo)

  • Documentation system: EPIC

  • Average 15 cases per day

  • Level 4 trauma designation

  • Work with Registered Nurses (RNs) and techs

  • 2 Operating Rooms with 1 Endoscopy Room

  • Treat patients from pediatric to geriatric age groups

  • Required procedures: general surgical cases (adult and pediatric), minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, plexus anesthesia

  • Additional required procedures: spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, local infiltration

  • Must be board certified by AANA

  • Active Michigan state medical license required

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

    This healthcare facility is a community hospital that provides comprehensive medical services including surgery and endoscopy procedures. The facility features modern operating rooms equipped with the EPIC electronic medical record system. With an annual ER volume of 16,000 patients, this Level 4 trauma center serves patients of all ages and offers a collaborative work environment with skilled nursing and technical staff to support diverse surgical procedures.
