Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
Provide anesthesia services under medical direction with shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Work as backup call support to physicians for OR cases and OB procedures
Never work alone and serve as true backup to attending physicians who take first call
Perform complete orthopedic, head/spine, neuro, pediatric, regional, and thoracic anesthesia cases
Administer general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases
Provide spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia for surgical procedures
Handle neurosurgical cases including head and spine procedures
Manage thoracic cases (except open heart) and complex orthopedic procedures
Perform pain management techniques including post-operative epidurals and extremity blocks
Conduct epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions
Utilize x-ray guidance for block procedures and transforaminal injections
Manage ventilation, acute volume/BP issues, and place central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters
Must have active CSR certification and minimum 2 years fellowship experience
Board certification eligible required with 90-day credentialing timeframe
ACLS certification required along with other specified certifications
