Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
Provide anesthesia services for approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
Work in a 20-bed department delivering comprehensive anesthesia care
Perform complete orthopedic, head and spine, neurological, pediatric, and regional surgical procedures
Administer general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases
Provide spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia services
Handle obstetrical cases and neurosurgical procedures including head and spine operations
Perform open heart anesthesia and thoracic cases
Manage complex vascular and orthopedic cases
Utilize pain management techniques including post-operative epidural and extremity blocks
Administer epidural steroids for lumbar and cervical procedures
Perform transforaminal injections with x-ray guidance
Manage ventilation and acute volume/blood pressure issues
Place central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters
Provide CRNA supervision as needed
Must maintain current ABLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications
Board certification required with fellowship training preferredFacility:
