Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
40-hours per week guaranteed, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
No weekends required
Open to one day of call per month, but may not have any call at all
Independent practice model - must be comfortable working without direct supervision
CRNAs perform their own Pre-Op and Regional Blocks (encouraged but not required)
Case mix: 25-50% OB and 50-75% OR
Must be comfortable with obstetrics (facility averages 1,500 births annually)
Variety of cases including orthopedics, gynecology, ENT (healthy pediatrics only), 1-2 level back fusions, laminectomies, Davinci gynecology and urology, endoscopy, cardioversions, and pediatric dental
Epic EMR system
Board certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience required
1-year contract length

This healthcare facility is a 150-bed medical center that serves as a Level 3 Trauma Center. The facility provides comprehensive healthcare services to the surrounding community with state-of-the-art surgical capabilities, including robotic surgery with the Davinci system. The anesthesia department supports a diverse range of surgical specialties and obstetrical services in a collaborative environment where providers function independently while having physician support available when needed.
