Opportunity:

Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

  • 4-5 eight-hour days per week

  • Provide anesthesia for General Surgery, GYN, Hospital Endoscopy, Orthopedic, and OB services

  • Some days may require 24-hour shifts or 12-hour night shifts

  • Must be independently proficient with OB epidural service

  • Epidural experience preferred

  • Average of 5 patient encounters per shift

  • Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS

  • Must be board certified

  • Required skills include: general anesthesia (adult, pediatric, trauma), spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, obstetrical cases, complex orthopedic cases, post-op epidural, epidural steroid for cervical, use of x-ray guidance in blocks, ventilation management, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, and arterial line placement

    This healthcare facility is a Level 4 trauma center with 5 beds in the department. The facility provides a range of surgical services including general surgery, gynecological procedures, orthopedics, and obstetrics. The anesthesia department supports various surgical specialties while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
