Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
40 hours of scheduled work per week with varying shifts (8, 10, and 12 hour shifts)
Coverage includes 24 hour + 16 hour shift per week
Call is required - 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month
6-week schedule provided in advance
Patient population includes adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric (90%+ of patients are over age 12)
Work in facility with 17 main operating rooms and 7 day surgery center rooms
Supervision-based anesthesia with max 4:1 ratio
EMR system: Epic
Cases include: gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, endo, interventional radiology, MRI
Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases
CRNAs perform spinal blocks and occasionally arterial lines
No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, or OB cases
Minimum 1 year experience required (may consider 6 months)
Board certification required
DEA and CSR required
Full-time locums position - no block scheduling
Contract length preference: 6 months to 1 year
