Opportunity:

Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

Provide anesthesia services for general, orthopedic, urology, ophthalmology, plastic, ENT, neurosurgical, vascular, podiatry, EP, endoscopy, and bronchoscopy procedures
Work in a Level 2 trauma center
Monday through Friday coverage
8-hour shifts (0700-1530) and 10-hour shifts (0700-1730) available
Typically handle 2-12 patient encounters per shift
NBCRNA certification required
Proficiency in spinal anesthesia and arterial line insertion preferred but not required
Must be comfortable with multiple anesthesia techniques including general, spinal, epidural, and regional
Experience with various surgical specialties including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, head/spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, and thoracic
Skills in central line placement, arterial line placement, and PA catheter placement preferred
Must hold an active PA license (IMLC not accepted)
PALS certification required
