Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
Overnight in-house CRNA coverage in Level 1 high acuity trauma center
Must be comfortable with adult and pediatric patients
Position includes medical direction
12-hour night shifts including weekends
30-minute lunch break deducted from work time
Board certification required
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Expected to perform various types of surgeries including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, head/spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic
Skills required: general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia
Additional preferred skills include regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases, open heart anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, complex orthopedic cases, pain management techniques, ventilation management, central line placement, arterial line placement, and PA catheter placement
