Job Description

Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

  • Position at Level 1 Trauma Center

  • Experience with Level 1 Trauma Center required - no new graduates

  • Medical direction model

  • Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients

  • 10 & 12 hour day shifts (6:30AM-5PM & 6:30AM-7PM)

  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification required

  • Procedures include: general anesthesia, ventilation management, arterial line placement

  • Must be comfortable with various surgical cases including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, head/spine, neurological, obstetrical, pediatric, regional, and thoracic

  • Required skills include managing adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases

  • Preferred skills include spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, central line placement, and CRNA supervision

    This facility is a large, high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center providing comprehensive medical services to the region. As a major trauma center, it handles complex cases across multiple specialties including cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, obstetrical, and pediatric care. The center is equipped with advanced technology and staffed by multidisciplinary teams to handle the most critical patients, serving as a leading healthcare provider for both routine and emergency medical needs.
