Job Details:
Three different scheduling options available: - Option 1: Five 8-hour shifts or five 10-hour shifts (straight rate); will consider three 12-hour non-consecutive shifts (Monday and Friday each week) - Option 2: Saturday and Sunday 8-hour shifts; can be combined with full-time shift (5-8 hours) - Option 3: Overnight shifts (three 12-hour nights or 24-hour shifts); requires minimum of 2 weekends per month; must handle hearts and healthy pediatric cases
Challenging acute cases including GYN, Ortho, Cysto, General surgery, Hearts (if interested), Lungs, Healthy pediatrics, Endo, OB (no regional required), Vascular, Neuro spine (no heads), Code Stroke, EP
30-minute lunch deducted from daily work time
2-5 patient encounters per shift
Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Procedures include cardiac, complete ortho, complex vascular, spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, and thoracic surgeries
Skills required: general anesthesia (adult, pediatric, trauma), obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases (spine), open heart anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, complex orthopedic cases, ventilation management, evaluation of acute volume/BP issues, arterial line placement
