Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
Overnight call shifts available - 24 hours with 2-8 hours per week, including weekends
3 - 12 hour shifts available with flexible scheduling based on department needs
Must be competent with open heart procedures and healthy pediatric cases
Handle challenging acute cases with variety of surgical specialties
Work with experienced team of MDAs and CRNAs
Utilize up-to-date equipment and safety measures
Perform anesthesia for GYN, Ortho, Cysto, General surgery, Hearts, Lungs, Healthy pediatrics, Endoscopy, OB (no regional required), Vascular, Neuro spine procedures
Handle Code Stroke and EP cases
See 2-5 patients per shift in 27-bed department
Must be board certified with ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Experience required in general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and trauma cases
Must be competent in open heart anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex vascular and orthopedic procedures
Skills in ventilation management and acute volume/BP issue evaluation required
Arterial line placement required, central line placement preferredFacility:
