Job Details:
Coverage needed for leave of absence from January 5, 2026 to April 3, 2026
Practice setting is a surgical center
Monday to Friday schedule, 7: 00 AM to 3: 00 PM
Documentation system used is Cerner
CRNA will work under a supervision model
Surgical cases per day range from 7 to 20, depending on case types
Pain management cases range from 0 to 10 per day
OR staff typically includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident
Patient demographics include pediatric to geriatric patients, excluding neonates
Required procedures include general surgical cases for adult and pediatric patients
Experience with general and IV sedation for plastic, general surgery, robotic surgery, ENT, orthopedic, and podiatry cases preferred
Provider will primarily work at the 12 Mile location but may be assigned to the other location on some days (no travel between locations on the same day)
Board Certified CRNA required
Active MI license required
ACLS and BLS certification through AHA required
Must be willing to do pediatric cases
