Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
Supervised model in a Level 2 trauma center with 15 operating rooms Provide anesthesia services in 4 endoscopy suites and other specialty areas Focus on scheduled cases with opportunity for call if desired Special opportunity for CRNA with pediatric training for ENT and outpatient specialty areas Expected to handle 4-5 patient encounters per shift Must be comfortable with general anesthesia for adults (required), pediatric and trauma cases (preferred) Required skills: obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases (head and spine), thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, complex orthopedic cases Must be proficient in ventilation management, evaluation of acute volume/BP issues, and arterial line placement ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification required Board certification required
