Job Details:
1-2 CRNAs needed
CRNAs practice independently, managing their own cases (~10% medical direction)
Team-based model in a physician-owned ambulatory surgery center
Must be comfortable performing nerve blocks (interscalenes, supraclavicular, infraclavicular, axillary, adductor canal, genicular PENG, popliteal, and TAP blocks)
Will place interscalene and adductor canal catheters
Cases include general surgery, hernias, eyes, ears, sinus, general orthopedics, and colonoscopies (no urology)
Approximately 2,800 patients annually
Procedures start at 7:30 AM, arrival by 7:00 AM required
Possible overtime (time and a half for over 40 hours/week or 8 hours/day)
Active Alaska medical license required (licensing assistance available)
Travel, airfare, lodging, and car rental covered
Housing option available in adjacent 3-bedroom duplex property
