Job Description

Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

  • Must be comfortable with healthy pediatric patients

  • Work under 4:1 supervision ratio

  • Float between main hospital and ambulatory center locations

  • Scheduled Monday through Wednesday - 3x12 hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

  • Required to work 1 call shift per 8 week schedule

  • Schedule runs Sunday through Saturday

  • Start each day at the Ambulatory Center and flex to main hospital as needed

  • Handle all cases except transplants including hearts, lung, healthy pediatrics, dental/ENT, OB, orthopedic, GI, and ENT procedures

  • Perform own epidurals and spinals (no blocks required)

  • Must have Level 2 Trauma experience

  • Available for beeper coverage for nightly or weekend calls

  • Minimum 2 years experience required

  • Must have OB and thoracic experience

  • Must be proficient with spinal and epidural placement and management

  • Will be credentialed at main OR, 4-OR satellite hospital, and 6-OR ASC

  • Available for one weekend shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

  • Work 36-40 hours per week

  • Call shift options: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or weekend call 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Must be available for one holiday shift

  • Early shift at 7:00 AM once per 8 week schedule
