Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
8-week contract position with potential for extension
Full-time schedule: 4x10s (7a-5: 30p) or 3x12s (7a-7: 30p) with 30-minute lunch
Must be available 4 weeks per month
Medically directed by anesthesiologists (typically 2: 1 or 3: 1 ratio)
Patient care includes orthopedic, trauma, vascular, and neuro procedures (no heart procedures)
Required to work in Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA) settings
Skills required: intubation, central line, arterial line, and line placement
Patient population spans all age groups (no neonatal)
Patient load varies from 1-9 patients daily
Epic EMR experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience required (no new graduates)
NBCRNA certification and Kentucky state license required (open to licensing assistance)

The anesthesia department is well-staffed with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents working collaboratively to provide high-quality patient care in both operating room and non-operating room settings.
