Job Details:
Provider must live 50 miles or more from the facility to be considered
Supervised practice model
Minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month and 36 hours per week
8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available
Shifts typically run 6:30am-3pm, 6:30am-5pm, 6:30am-7pm, or 6:30am-8pm
Optional 12-hour beeper call available on some Saturdays
Optional 8-hour weeknight call
Occasional overnight shifts available but not required
Care Team Model 4:1 with 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department
Patient population ages 12+
Epic EMR system
CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals
Minimum 1 year of experience required
Minnesota nursing license required (not a compact state)
ACLS/BLS certification required
2-day paid orientation required
