Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

  • Must live 50 miles or more from facility location to be considered

  • Supervised practice model

  • Minimum 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per week commitment

  • Required: Two consecutive weeks per month for first three months of assignment

  • Initial contract is 4 months with ongoing opportunity

  • Shift options: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available

  • Schedule options: 6:30-3pm, 6:30-5pm, 6:30-7pm, 6:30-8pm

  • 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays (not required)

  • 8hr Weeknight Call

  • Occasional overnight shift opportunities available (not required)

  • Patient population: Ages 12+

  • CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals

  • Minimum 1 year of experience required

  • Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses required (not a compact state)

  • ACLS/BLS certification required

  • 3 days of paid orientation required

    • Facility:

    This Level III tertiary facility provides specialized care services with a supportive care team model of 4:1 provider-to-patient ratio. The facility features a 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department to assist with room turnover and supplies. The hospital utilizes Epic EMR and offers comprehensive services in a modern healthcare environment. The anesthesia department is well-structured with excellent interdisciplinary support for complex cases in a collaborative setting.
