Job Description

Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Obstetrics CRNA

Job Details:

  • Work 5x8 hour shifts per week with 6 night call shifts per month

  • 3 month assignment block with option to extend

  • Work independently with 24/7 supervision and support available

  • Handle general anesthesia cases and obstetrics procedures including epidurals

  • Manage 5-6 case starts per day in a 99-bed rural hospital setting

  • No heads, hearts, or trauma cases - bread and butter anesthesia

  • Patient population: 85% adults, 10% OB (epidurals only), 3% adolescents, 2% pediatric ENT cases

  • Must be able to perform epidurals on obstetrics cases

  • Support from anesthesiologists, OR staff, and pre/post operative teams

  • Handle 30-40 deliveries per month

  • 2 years of experience required

  • ACLS and BLS certifications required

  • Allscripts charting system experience preferred

  • Lodging provided by client
