Job Description

Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia

Job Details:

  • Full-time CRNA position with flexibility between Novi and Southfield locations

  • Must be able to float between two locations, typically informed the day before if reassigned

  • Options for 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts; later shifts (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts available

  • 40-hour guarantee is an option

  • Focus on neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases; no heart cases

  • Limited pediatric cases, mostly standard procedures

  • 36-46 total cases per day between both locations; 15-20 cases per site

  • Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia

  • CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements

  • Must have a clean background with no license actions

  • Board Certified CRNA required

  • Active Michigan license required

  • ACLS, BLS through AHA, and PALS certifications required
