Job Details:
Full-time position starting as soon as credentialed
12-hour, 16-hour, or 24-hour night shifts available
Must be willing to work weekly schedule at client's discretion
Guaranteed 36 hours per week
No call required
Night shifts primarily involve OB cases with small mix of other regular cases (General, Ortho, ENT, Neuro, Urology, GI)
Work under MD supervision with 1:3 supervision ratio
EPIC electronic medical record system
Minimum commitment of 2 days per week or 2 weeks per month
Must have 5 years of experience
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Active PA license required or willingness to obtain licensure
PA Child Abuse clearance required
Will be privileged at main hospital and a secondary location

This facility is a comprehensive healthcare institution with 289 beds, 12 operating rooms, 8 off-site locations, and 2 obstetrics units. The facility operates under an anesthesia care team model with proper supervision ratios and support staff. The hospital provides a wide range of surgical services including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, neurosurgery, urology, gastroenterology, and obstetrics. The facility utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record system to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
