Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)


Job Details:

  • 13-week contract with options to extend

  • Schedule: Full-time, 4x10 shifts per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)

  • CRNAs are medically directed, typically at a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio with Anesthesiologists

  • Coverage areas include Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neurology (no cardiac cases)

  • Patient population spans all age groups excluding neonatal (includes adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics)

  • Daily patient volume ranges from 1 to 9 patients per day

  • Required skills include intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and general line placement; nerve blocks not likely required; no OB coverage

  • All providers will be required to work NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia)

  • Support staff includes CRNAs, Anesthesia Technicians, and Anesthesiologists

  • EMR system: EPIC (preferred)

  • Practice setting: Level 1 Trauma Center hospital

  • Board Certification required: NBCRNA

  • Active Kentucky state license required; open to licensing assistance

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required; no new graduates

  • Recent experience in a large medical center setting required

  • Level 1 Trauma experience required
