Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
- Locum Tenens CRNA coverage needed for multiple weeks from July through early October
- Available coverage weeks include July 6-10, July 13-17, July 20-24, July 27-31, August 3-7, August 31-September 4, September 21-24, and September 28-October 2
- Ongoing need with potential for additional dates beyond those listed
- Board certification required at minimum Certified level
- Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Surgical types include cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic cases
- General anesthesia required for both adult and pediatric patients
- Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia skills required
- Obstetrical cases and open heart anesthesia experience required
- Complex vascular and complex orthopedic case experience required
- Pain management techniques including post-op epidural and post-op extremity blocks required
- Epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical, as well as transforaminal procedures (lumbar and cervical) required
- Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks required
- Ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/BP issues required
- Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement required
- Independent practice without CRNA supervision required
