Full-time experienced Cardiothoracic provider position Split time between hospital First Assisting and clinic hours 7-8 days per month of call (24-hour call on weekends, night call during weekdays after clinical hours) Clinic coverage 2-4 days per month Surgical First Assist 10-12 days per month Call responsibilities include inpatient rounding and first assist callback Overtime available after 40 clinical hours per week Approximately 8 patient encounters per shift Must be licensed and certified ACLS and BLS certifications required
