Opportunity:

NP;PA - Cardiothoracic Surgery

Job Details:

  • Monday-Friday 7am-6pm with night call 6pm-7am

  • Weekend call 7am-7am with rounding approximately 7am-11am

  • Will consider 1 week on / 1 week off schedule

  • Scrub with team for scheduled surgical cases and rotate on-call for emergency off-hours cases

  • Round and see patients in the hospital setting

  • Print patient list and coordinate care with other team members

  • Discuss issues with physicians and sign off for their patients

  • Procedures include: CABG, Thoracic cases, AVR, TAVR, and Aortic cases

  • First Assist role for Cardiothoracic Surgery

  • Must be able to perform endoscopic vein harvesting
