Opportunity:

NP;PA - Critical Care Medicine

Job Details:

  • Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in collaboration with physicians, other APPs, and the e-ICU team

  • Work 12-hour shifts available day and night, Sunday through Saturday

  • Manage 5-10 patients per shift in a 14-bed ICU with plans for expansion

  • Participate in ICU rounds at 10 AM and 10 PM

  • Perform critical care procedures including Central Venous Catheter (CVC) placement, arterial line placement, and hemodialysis (HD) line placement

  • Intubations may be performed based on skill and comfort level

  • Collaborate with on-site physicians, other APPs, and/or e-ICU as needed

  • Minimum of 4 or more consecutive shifts of availability required

  • Weekend-only availability is acceptable

  • Active IL license required

The facility operates a modern intensive care unit with current capacity for 14 beds and has expansion plans underway. The ICU utilizes collaborative care models including e-ICU technology and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in critical care settings.
