Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care, Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine, Physician Assistant (PA), Physician Assistant - Urgent Care, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care, Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine, Physician Assistant - Acute Care

Job Details:

  • Float position serving the Charlotte, NC area/region urgent care centers

  • Treat both adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older)

  • Handle high volume patient care (average 40 patients per day, up to 60)

  • Work independently as the sole provider in the center

  • Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation

  • Use Epic electronic medical record system for all visits

  • Must be comfortable treating urgent care conditions for all ages

  • Minimum 12 months of experience required

  • Board certification required (BC/NCCPA/NP Boards)

  • Current BLS and NC DEA certification required

  • Must complete required EMR training and onboarding before starting

  • Support within a 60-mile radius of home residence

  • On-site staff includes Center Manager, Medical Assistant, and Patient Service Associate

  • Supervising physician available offsite for APPs
