Advanced Practice - Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Physician Assistant - Acute Care, Physician Assistant - Urgent Care, Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care, Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine, Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine, Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care

Job Details:

  • Provide urgent care services treating adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older)

  • Handle high volume patient care (average 40 patients per day, up to 60 depending on site)

  • Work as the sole provider in the center with support staff

  • Perform various procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures

  • Use Epic electronic medical record system for all visits

  • Must have at least 12 months of experience treating adults and pediatrics

  • Required certifications: Board Certification, PA Certification, Family NP Certification, BLS, NC DEA

  • Must complete required EMR training and onboarding before first solo shift

  • No call requirements

  • Supervising physician provided for APPs (offsite)

  • Multiple locations needing support within a 60-mile radius
