Job Details:
Provide urgent care services for adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up) Manage approximately 20 patients per day (up to 40 depending on site) Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, and ear irrigation Work independently as the sole provider in the center with support staff Must be proficient with EPIC electronic medical record system Minimum 12 months of experience in urgent care required Board certification required (NCCPA for PAs, NP Boards for NPs) BLS certification required Must complete clinical interview, EMR training, and onboarding before first solo shift No call requirements Supervising physician provided for APPs (offsite) Support staff includes Center Manager, Medical Assistant, and Patient Service Associate May be asked to support locations within a 65-mile radius of home residence
