Job Description

Opportunity:

NP;PA - Neurological Surgery

Job Details:

  • Provide primarily inpatient neurosurgery coverage with occasional outpatient clinic support

  • Collaborate with two neurosurgeons and one additional APP

  • Manage a shared inpatient census of approximately 20-25 patients

  • Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday

  • No call required

  • Round on neurosurgery inpatients

  • Conduct patient assessments and complete documentation

  • Assist with care coordination and discharge planning

  • Provide clinic support as needed

  • Work collaboratively with neurosurgeons and interdisciplinary care team

  • Active Illinois license required

  • IMLC not accepted
