Opportunity:
Physician - Electrophysiology
Job Details:
Ongoing contract position starting March 2nd with scheduled weeks throughout the year
Work shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break
Handle hospital consults (3-4 per day) and EP cases (4-6 per day depending on case length)
See 20-22 clinic patients per day focusing on adult patient population
Perform cardiac electrophysiology procedures, specifically heart rhythm disturbances and ablations
Must demonstrate 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations
Comfortable performing moderate sedation independently
Proficient with Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system technology
Perform TEEs (transesophageal echocardiograms) and moderate sedation
Work in both hospital and in-office clinic settings
Use Cerner EMR system
Board certification (BC or BE) required
Arizona medical license required (OK to license)
DEA registration in Arizona required
ACLS certification required
