Physician - Electrophysiology
Job Details:
Work scheduled blocks from April through December with ongoing contract opportunities
Shifts run 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break
Clinic schedule includes 20-22 patients per day
Handle 3-4 hospital consults per day plus 4-6 EP cases daily depending on case length
Perform cardiac electrophysiology procedures focusing on heart rhythm disturbances
Conduct ablation procedures - must demonstrate 100 EP cases in last 2 years with emphasis on ablations
Must be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently
Utilize Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system technology
Perform TEEs and moderate sedation procedures
Work in both hospital and in-office clinic settings
Treat adult patient population exclusively
Use Cerner EMR system
Board certification required (BC or BE)
Minimum 1 year of experience required
ACLS certification required
